Administrative and Marketing Itern

The Administrative and Marketing Intern role is a non-exempt opportunity, requiring an average commitment of37.5 hours per week in the office. Reporting to the Director of Communications and Scholarships, the interncollaborates closely with other team members. Compensation is $17 per hour, and preference is given toapplicants currently enrolled in college. The position is on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:
30 am to 4:
30 pm.This internship spans May to August, potentially extending into the student's college breaks.SkillsThe ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and acollaborative spirit.Duties and Responsibilitieso Develop a digital and paper annual report for the foundation's website, social media, and print copies.o Support staff in conceptualizing and executing monthly campaigns for donors and fund representatives,following an easy-to-use format.o Monitor and enhance the foundation's social media presence, offering suggestions for increasedengagement. Create and schedule content for social media, focusing on scholarship opportunities for non-traditional students, college students, and high school seniors. Develop concise versions of donor stories.o Update the informational video office entrance.o Curate a swag list for marketing giveaways.o Research and compose donor stories for the foundation's website.o Assist with new board members (and potentially staff members) photos for the website and annualreport.o Aid in planning recognition/gifts for Noble Legacy Society members throughout the year and the next twoyears.o Craft thank-you notes for donors, emphasizing good penmanship.o Answer phone calls, take messages, greet guests/visitors, and manage general office tasks.o Collaborate with the finance department to handle routine tasks such as scanning documents andshredding.Othero Actively take part in and enhance customer service relations with donors, fund representatives, andscholarship recipients.o Collaborate regularly with other team members.o Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.o Attend meetings upon request.o Occasionally run business errands.o Familiarize yourself with the CFNC employee handbook.#J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Customer Service Finance Social Media Team Working Apply to this job.
