o Maintain accurate and consistent schedules for projects and tasks for multiple plant projects.
o Programming of robots and touching up points as needed to support production needs.
o Working with production and process to optimize line flow, cycle time issues and quality concerns through changes in programming or troubleshooting of controls.
o Program and design new and existing PLC controls.
o Help plan preventative maintenance plans for equipment in the plant both new and current.
o Work to help develop new technology for the plant to utilize in efforts to improve cycle times and quality detection/ prevention systems.
o Help train plant techs and engineers on controls-related skills.
o Create and correct plant electrical drawings for equipment.
o Work with plant teams to help develop accurate quoting modelsKEY COMPETENCIESo Advanced/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent Analytical Skillso Ability to use RS Net Worx software, RS View Studio and Panel Builder softwareo Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting and read electrical printso Ability to wire industrial control systems including 480V/120V/24V power, drives, motors, I/O and sensorso Ability to design, diagnose, and troubleshoot vision applicationso Ability to connect to PLC and navigate programming softwareo Hands-on approach to problem-solving and analysis.

Experience:
o 3 - 5 Years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs and Robotso 1-3 Years of Siemens S7 programming experience a plusOther Requirements:
o Regular and predictable attendance requiredo High level of understanding of Fanuc Robots and ABB robot operationso Demonstrated understanding of Ethernet cabling and addressing, Device Net, RIO, and wireless PC networkingo Understanding of basic concepts of MMIs, familiar with PanelView Plus and PanelView hardwareo Demonstrated understanding of Cognex In-Sight softwareo Demonstrated knowledge of ladder logic programming, PLC 5, SLC500, ControlLogix, MicroLogix, RIO, Ethernet I/P, DeviceNeto Demonstrated understanding of AC and DC motors and servo systemso Working knowledge of Kinetix, Ultra3000, PowerFlex, 1305 and 1338 driveso Valid driver's license required for business travelo Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidaysEOE Recommended Skills Analytical Automation Dc Motors Ethernet Ladder Logic Medicaid Management Information Systems (Mmis) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
